Justin is the Partnership Operations Director with Captis. He is an ardent user of the aptitude and Reveal platforms and leverages his knowledge of both to bring efficiencies to all phases of contract management.

Kyle really took the reins early on to become the lead for all initiatives flowing through aptitude. He quickly sought to learn the platform to become the resident expert for Cardinal. Karen has been a “force” in MNS aptitude successes. Her attention to detail assures all members receive maximum value and serves MNS members well. She and Sharrell Alexander, Network Director, insist on rigorous contract compliance to all MNS aptitude contracts and the members are actively engaged in that process. Karen recognizes the value in the transparency and compliance measurement that aptitude delivers. This commitment to contracting discipline is a standard of excellence recognized by MNS peers and Karen is a “Best Practice” leader.

Lori Jensen is a Vizient Advisory Solutions consultant that began partnering with aptitude in 2017. Her support of the providers and level of interaction in the platform have been instrumental in driving success and value for the members. Lori is quick to respond to any concerns and her knowledge and interaction with the end-users is helping to bridge the gap between supply chain and clinicians.
Jared Keenan MedStar Health System
When the MNS coalition began its aptitude subscription, Jared was one of the first to be trained on the platform, and immediately recognized the benefits. Jared provided valuable input to his coalition members and ultimately lead MedStar to attain an individual aptitude subscription. MedStar continues its aptitude adoption by using the platform for both commodity and Physician Preference contracting thanks to Jared’s hard work and determination.

John Schoonover handles the contract coordination between aptitude and IHN members. He is in the platform all the time to insure members have relevant contract information including pricing and savings for each of their CPA’s. While some users prefer to leverage the aptitude team each time they access the platform, John is “stealth” and proactive about getting what he needs independently.
Dawn Smith IHN Sourcing Group
Dawn is a customer champion of aptitude. In three years she has submitted 96 bids yielding 46 CPA’s on behalf of IHN members. What has been a huge help in the IHN success rate of 46 CPA’s is the IHN team being willing to dig deep into the data by category UNSPCS and Seller/Member market share, to understand what their strategy needs to be before sending their RFP.
Anita Tranberg PIH Health
As a member of West Coast Purchasing Coalition, Anita is proactive in reviewing purchase plans, cross references and savings opportunities in the platform. She maximizes the benefit of the WCPC aptitude subscription by thoroughly researching aptitude contract price files and compliance to identify and act on opportunities.
